ABOUT THE PROJECT:
Rooster Teeth's original animated show, RWBY, has gained international popularity over the years and has since become a vital component to the Rooster Teeth brand. This specific collection focuses on the world-building within RWBY, and dives into the idea of an in-world athletic brand. The goal for this project was to communicate a more sophisticated tone through use of custom cut&sew styles and elevated details such as molded PU badges, unorthodox embroider locations, and a further exploration into new materials.
Design elements that tie this capsule to the RWBY universe lie in the use of reds, iconography, and structural details prioritizing structure and durability that allow for ideal movement whether the wearer lounging, or saving the world.
